Theresa has been in the healthcare industry for over 25 years. She currently serves as the Market Chief Financial Officer for Meadowview Regional Medical Center and Fleming County Hospital. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Norther KY University and holds a Master of Business Administration from Morehead State University. Theresa is also certified as a Professional in Patient Safety. Theresa graduated from Mason County High School.  She is married to Roscoe and they have two children , Sarah and Cray.

Program Director of The Tom Browning Boys and Girls Club and serve on several local boards. With my experience of working with the youth of our community, this enables me to bring understanding of the students of Mason County, continue to ensure growth for teachers, administration and students and be a positive, trustworthy board member.

Vicky G. Lowe is a lifelong resident of Mason County and is a graduate of Mason County High School. She has worked at the Bank of Maysville for 40 years. Vicky joined the Mason County School Board November 2011. She and her husband, Martin have two children and three grandchildren.

Susie Osborne has been an educator for thirty-six years.  Her educational career consisted of being in public education and an adjunct instructor for Maysville Community and Technical College. She earned her bachelor's, master's, and rank 1 from Morehead State University. Her degrees are in Elementary Education 1-8, Master's in Education, Rank 1 in Learning and Behavior Disorders K-12, and an approved Reading Program Consultant.  She has one daughter and one grandson.  She has resided in Mason County for the past twenty-three years.
